Nothing in these Terms modifies or supersedes a signed project agreement.

7. Insurance Claims Assistance

If your project involves an insurance claim, please note that Patriot Roofing & Restoration, LLC can assist in the documentation and communication process. However:

We are not licensed public adjusters and do not represent you in a legal or fiduciary capacity with your insurance carrier.
Final claim determinations are made solely by your insurance company.
We cannot guarantee any specific outcome from your insurance claim.
Any work performed that is not covered by your insurance claim remains your financial responsibility.

8. Warranties

Warranty terms applicable to materials and workmanship will be outlined in your individual project contract or proposal.
