Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof is under 15 years old, was installed correctly and the damage is in one area, a repair usually makes sense. If it is older and has been patched before, a replacement is often the better use of money. We tell you which one we would choose for our own home.
Do you repair metal roofs?
Yes. Metal, low-slope, tile and slate repairs are priced at the diagnostic visit rather than from the shingle price book.
