How often should a roof be checked?
Once a year, and again after any hail or high-wind storm. Care Club members get the yearly 21-Point Roof Checkup and Attic Analysis included.
What does the 21-point checkup include?
A 21-point inspection of your roof plus an attic analysis, documented with photos, including bird's-eye photos of the roof. You get the results as a written report.
Can I see my checkup photos later?
Yes. Members can get to their checkup photos at any time, through a link where you can view and download any of them and keep them. A year-by-year photo record of your roof can help if an insurance company ever says storm damage is old: dated, high-definition photos can show the roof was undamaged at your last checkup. Coverage decisions are always up to your insurance company.
Do members pay for a repair visit?
No. Members pay no repair diagnostic fee and get 10% off repairs. Non-members pay $79.99 for the visit.
Is gutter cleaning included?
It is not free, but members get gutter cleaning at 50% off, up to 150 feet a year, plus skylight cleaning at 50% off and large debris removal (up to 100 square feet of roof).
