Roof Replacement and Gutter Guarantees
Four written promises that take the risk off your shoulders and put it on ours. These apply to full roof replacement and to our Sentry seamless gutters and gutter protection systems.
Premium Craftsmen Guarantee
Your roof is constructed by our highly skilled technicians using premium materials and inspected by our master craftsmen. Excluding acts of God, in the unlikely event your roof encounters any workmanship challenges, we will make any necessary repairs at no charge for the term of your Premium Craftsmen Guarantee.
Roof replacement terms: Armor 15 years, Guardian 10 years, Defender 5 years, Shield 1 year.
Gutters: Sentry seamless gutters 5 years. Gutter protection: Armor 5 years, Guardian 3 years, Shield 1 year.
No-Blame-Game Guarantee
When a roof fails, the manufacturer often blames the contractor and the contractor blames the manufacturer, leaving the homeowner caught in the middle. Not with us. If your roof fails structurally under the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer refuses to honor it, we will make the repair and ensure you are protected. No excuses, no finger-pointing, no waiting.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that the roofing system we have installed will perform as we have stated. If you are not 100% satisfied with your roofing system, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment. The same promise applies to a gutter system we install: if you are not 100% satisfied, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment.
Apples-to-Apples Guarantee
Any contractor can price your roof for less by cutting corners with cheap materials and unskilled labor. That is why we offer our Apples-to-Apples Guarantee: if you later discover a truly comparable roof system for less money than the one we constructed for your home, we will pay you the difference plus a $50 bonus. All we ask is that the comparison is apples to apples.
Roof Repair Guarantees
Repairs carry their own set of written guarantees. You authorize every repair before it is performed, and your recommendations are presented as Need To Do, Should Do and Could Do so you always know what is urgent and what is not.
Service Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we provide, we will refund all of your money. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, are not drug tested, do not protect your floors, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.
Repair Guarantee
We guarantee that repairs on your roofing system are fixed right the first time. If a repair fails during the first season, we will repair it again at no charge.
Leak-Free Guarantee
Once all recommended repairs are performed, if the roofing system leaks in the next 365 days, the repair will be made at no charge. Acts of God, non-repaired pre-existing conditions, manufacturer’s defects and animal damage are not covered. Items marked yellow or red on your inspection report that are not addressed may void the Leak-Free Guarantee.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Repairs)
We guarantee that the work we perform on your roofing system will perform as we have stated. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will repair, modify, or make it right to earn your satisfaction, as specified in your agreement.
Third-Party Protection: The Directorii Guarantees
Our own guarantees are only as good as the company standing behind them, so we back them with protection that does not depend on us at all. Contractor Directorii is an independent third party that vets contractors before listing them and guarantees their customers’ projects. We register every new customer and every job with Directorii, so you do not have to do anything to be covered.
The $30,000 Directorii Guarantee, on every job
Every Patriot Roofing job carries the $30,000 Directorii Guarantee. It protects you from:
- Stolen deposits
- Abandoning the project
- Going out of business
The $250,000 Directorii Guarantee
Our Guardian and Armor roof replacement packages include the larger $250,000 Directorii Guarantee, a $500 value, at no extra cost to you. It protects you from:
- City building code violations
- Manufacturer noncompliance
- Material and product defects
- Improper installation
- Stolen deposits
- Abandoning the project
- Going out of business
Our Defender and Shield packages are eligible for the $250,000 Directorii Guarantee as an optional add-on. Ask your estimator.

Licensed, Bonded and Insured
Patriot Roofing and Restoration is a registered Arkansas residential roofing contractor, carries a surety bond filed with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board, and carries both general liability and workers compensation insurance. We are happy to provide current certificates on request before you sign anything.
Common Questions
Are the guarantees transferable if I sell my home?
On our Armor, Guardian and Defender packages, the manufacturer warranty transfers to one new owner and the Premium Craftsmen Guarantee transfers for its remaining term. The Shield package is not transferable.
Do I have to register anything to be covered by Directorii?
No. We register every new customer and every job with Directorii ourselves.
Do you offer a lifetime workmanship warranty?
No, and we would rather tell you that plainly than use a word that sounds better than it is. Our Premium Craftsmen Guarantee runs 1 year on Shield, 5 years on Defender, 10 years on Guardian and 15 years on Armor, and every one of those terms is written into your agreement. A guarantee you can actually hold us to is worth more than a longer one you cannot.
What does a roof repair visit cost?
Our repair diagnostic visit is $79.99, which covers the full 21-Point Roof Inspection Report and attic analysis. Patriot Care Club members pay $19.95. Storm damage, hail and wind inspections and full roof replacement evaluations are free.
