If your gutters, soffit or fascia need work, we can price it in writing and do it at the same time as the roof.

If you work from home or have a baby or a pet that startles easily, plan to be out for part of the day.

No, and we will not do it. Tearing off the old shingles and underlayment is the only way to check the decking. Rotted or delaminated decking will not hold nails properly. Tear-off also lets us see the valleys and every roof penetration, find where past leaks came from and fix them now instead of later. Layering shingles over an old roof can void the manufacturer warranty, and Patriot will not put its Patriot Leak Free Guarantee on a roof installed over old shingles. When we remove older roofs with two, three or four layers, we often find rotted decking underneath. A full tear-off lets us install to the manufacturer's specifications so you get the full warranty.
