Metal roofs for Little Rock weather

Armor is our metal roof: a 26-gauge PBR steel panel, class A fire rated, rated for hail up to 2 inches, with a 15-year Patriot Leak Free Guarantee.

About 77% of Little Rock's homes were built before 2000, and half were built in 1978 or earlier. Older Little Rock homes often have more than one layer of shingles, decking that has been patched over the years and attic ventilation that predates modern codes. We check for all of that at the inspection, before we write your price.

Little Rock does not require a permit for a residential roof replacement. The city's fee ordinance (Ord. 22,204) lists residential roofs among the work that does not need a building permit.

What Little Rock homeowners say

Great job! I live in Little Rock and Lee Ann and Sean did a thorough job and worked hard with my insurance to get a total re deck paid for. Clean up was perfect and my gutters look beautiful. Thank you Patriot Roofimg!

Joyce Gwin, Little Rock · Google review, July 2026

LeAnn is very helpful and went above to make sure I was satisfied with my roofing experience. All of our concerns and questions were answered. I enjoyed doing business with their team. My home looks completely different than before the process!

Tomarro Wilson, Little Rock · Google review, June 2025

Outstanding service, quality work, and a price considerably below competitors! I called Patriot Roofing (after a no show by another contractor whose price was higher) and Patriot came out the same afternoon, and had the leak fixed the next day to beat the next rain.

The techician Sean took a very thorough amount of time examining the roof and showed me photos. However, he felt that he should consult with Adam, the owner/supervisor, who came out just 2 hours later to review the question areas.

Adam confirmed the cause of the leak and showed even more photos of many exposed nails and some overlap issues etc. Adam gave a quote that was much lower than the "no show" and 2 additional bids (who wouldn't be able to get the work completed until after the expected rain).

I'm so grateful to this company and couldn't recommend them more highly!
