I called Patriot Roofing (after a no show by another contractor whose price was higher) and Patriot came out the same afternoon, and had the leak fixed the next … More day to beat the next rain. The techician Sean took a very thorough amount of time examining the roof and showed me photos. However, he felt that he should consult with Adam, the owner/supervisor, who came out just 2 hours later to review the question areas. Adam confirmed the cause of the leak and showed even more photos of many exposed nails and some overlap issues etc. Adam gave a quote that was much lower than the "no show" and 2 additional bids (who wouldn't be able to get the work completed until after the expected rain). I'm so grateful to this company and couldn't recommend them more highly!
